PRODUCT DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT SERVICE

We offer selected customers a FREE OF CHARGE bespoke electrical / electronic product design and development service. We recognise that many companies simply don't have the time and/or resources to develop their own brand of innovative ICA solutions. Also many off the shelf products simply don't quite fit the technical profile required or in some cases are manufactured by a competitor. We guarantee to supply unique products with customer chosen branding.

Since inception 2 years ago we have developed products for UK water utilities and our FOGRod installation partners (Authorised Solutions Providers - ASPs), some examples are included below.

We don't develop one off designs free of charge only products which will be purchased regularly. We will however tweak and change existing designs for our customer's throughout the product's lifecycle FOC.

  • Quick and easy direct replace 2, 3 or 4 float pump control systems WITHOUT replacing the electrical control panel

  • 230V mains powered

  • Uses LLR-240 conductive level relays

  • 2m of supply cable

  • 2m of 8 core float replacement cable. 

  • 4 pairs of cores to connect direct into existing float pump panel terminals
